Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — ₦0, forever, with no trial period and no card required. It's Departmental Store App only, limited to 100 items, 1 location and 2 users. The only thing you ever pay for is SMS/WhatsApp messages you choose to send, at the per-message rate.
How does pricing work for paid plans?
Gadget Standard and Pharmacy Standard are each one price — ₦10,000/month — no matter how many modules the bundle contains. Other modules cost ₦10,000/month each, with 50% off each one after your first.
What is included in a paid plan?
Every paid plan includes 2 locations and 1,000 items per module. Unlimited staff users are included at no extra cost. Need more locations or items? Add them any time from your billing page.
Can I upgrade from Free later?
Yes — from your billing page, pick the plan you want and you'll get a 30-day free trial of it before paying. Everything you built on the Free plan comes with you.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 30 days you will be prompted to subscribe. All your data is safe throughout the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. If you remove a module mid-cycle you receive a prorated credit on your next invoice.
Is annual billing available?
